After completing the first 350 miles of the Iditarod Trail to McGrath with two friends, Curiak continued on alone all the way to Nome, a total of over 1,000 miles. This was a leisurely tour for him, meaning he stopped whenever he felt like it and basically took his time. This report is in several installments, all worth a read.
